1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using apios.pl and for services provided by APIOS (NIP 000-000-00-00).
2. Scope of services
APIOS provides SEO, business-directory listing management, marketing tools, AI automation and n8n AI agent development. Details and pricing are agreed individually.
3. Conclusion of contract
Submitting the form does not constitute a contract. A contract is concluded after both parties accept the offer in written or electronic form.
4. Payments
Prices in the offer are net and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set in the individual agreement.
5. Liability
APIOS performs services with due diligence. Search rankings depend on third-party algorithms and are not guaranteed.
6. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to kontakt@apios.pl. We handle them within 14 days.
7. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
